There is a lot that goes into a successful exhibition stand. It is important to carefully plan out what you want your stand to look like. Take some time to measure the stand so you know how large your table, counters, or display shelves should be. Plan out where you will put your banners and stands. Often it takes some time get your displays and banners ready, which is why it is wise to start your preparations well in advance so you are ready when the big day comes.

Pop up displays are becoming more popular as they are easy to set up, take down and then store. You can either rent or buy a pop up display stand, Tower, TV aperture, or computer terminal. It is also possible to have a pop up stand bought custom made to your specifications, and although this can be quite a costly investment, the advantage is that you have exactly what you want and need for present and future use.

TV and computer pop up stands are good investments, although they may cost more than a regular pop up display. They catch people’s attention and will draw people to your booth. They provide a way for people to see what your company is all about; even if those who come do not purchase your product right away they will be more likely to remember you if your booth stands out from the rest. If you do not get a pop up stand then you should seriously consider having a TV or computer on display at the table to advertise your product or service.

If your budget is limited then renting a pop up display for your exhibition stand is another option and the advantage to doing this is that it is more affordable and you do not have to re-use the same item. For instance, you can rent one kind of display for a particular booth and then rent a different one for the next booth. However, if you are going to set up exhibition or trade show stands on a regular basis, it does work out cheaper to buy the equipment you need and then store it when not using it.
